1. Services
DeliveryPoet provides B2B logistics, delivery, and related services using a fleet of LWB and Luton vans, with capacity to scale in line with client demand.
2. Service Agreement
All services are subject to written confirmation, contract, or service-level agreement (SLA).
Clients must provide accurate delivery details, including addresses and contact information.
Delivery timelines are estimates; while we strive for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
3. Client Responsibilities
Ensure goods are properly packaged and labelled.
Declare any restricted or hazardous items before scheduling.
Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
4. Liability
DeliveryPoet’s liability is limited to the value of the delivery service paid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control.
Insurance for goods in transit may be arranged separately if required.
5. Payment
Payment terms are as agreed in the client contract or invoice.
Late payments may incur charges as permitted under UK Late Payment legislation.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if clients breach these Terms, including non-payment or misuse of services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
